Dream Theme[if you don't want to read my incredibly long explanation, see bottom for the short version] Okay, so finding something for the theme this week has been a fucking NIGHTMARE (pun intended). I looked through every God damn photo of this bitch, and this is honestly the best I could come up with when it comes to "dream". I do think it's interesting how the overall concept of this shot reads like a nightmare, but the styling, pose, and expression seem more like a regular dream (it lacks the panic, energy, and confusion of a typical nightmare). Let me tell you about an actual dream I had when I was younger, and maybe it'll help you to see where I'm coming from with this... I was walking in the forest when this fuckin' scary ass witch pounced on me and knocked me to the ground. She was stabbing me over and over with knitting needles, but that wasn't even the weird part. I distinctly remember thinking, "I know I'm getting stabbed, but I can't feel anything." Here I was, getting killed, and I literally felt numb. It was at that point I realized I must be dreaming, because if I wasn't feeling pain, and I wasn't bleeding, then it must not be real...and so I woke up. When I look at this photograph, I see a definite separation from reality; it's almost as though I'm oblivious to what's going on around me. However, I can't decide if it looks more like I'm about to become roadkill, or if I'm already a corpse. Either way, I really do like how the setting combined with the styling automatically creates a story (laying on the road+undies=intriguing). I realize my pose leaves much to be desired (and even my expression isn't anything to call home about), but I am happy that I was at least able to keep the fashion element here (and for those of you who are curious, my coat and lingerie are Dolce & Gabbana, the shoes are Versace, and the accessories are by Cartier). Overall, I'm not super satisfied with this shot, but I do think it meets the requirements, and hopefully it's enough to keep me around! [short version: This is a dream about an amputee whore wearing D&G]

Janice: You look like a beautiful corpse, I'm sorry. But that is what you were going for, I guess I'm fine with it. Put for being dead, you look too alive. I'd love to see less focus to the camera. A vacant expression would work great here. I'm not going to lie, I love your wardrobe here, I love the setting, and the idea. I like the modelling to a certain degree. But I don't like entirely how it is executed.

Amanda: I love the fog. And I definitely get a "dream" vibe from this. The truck is, after all, stopped, and there's no blood or anything on it - I don't think it hit you, but it stopped because you were lying there, dreaming in a dream, Inception-style. It's this that makes it a separation of reality - it's something eerie and mysterious. I don't think this is bullshit at all - it works. I do find the styling unique - I mean, why would you be wearing that on a cold night if it weren't a dream? Overall, great work

Morgan: I like this photo of you, but I found myself enjoying your explanation more than the photo itself which concerns me because I want the photo to do the talking for me. I do however think this photo represents a dream, because usually dreams don't make sense. Laying in the middle of the road in lingerie, with a car pulled up next to you, fog all around makes me think of all the possible scenarios that could explain what has happened. You look good here, but nothing about you really stands out to me (apart from how sexy you are), but overall I think you have pulled off the theme, I would like to see more POW coming from you, that bit of extra modelling can add so much more strength and depth into a photo.

Zooey: I can get a good sense of "dream" from this picture. I like parts of it and there are other parts that I'm fine with, but I wish were better. The pose is fine, but I have to agree with Janice that I wish the eyes weren't looking at the camera like that. The fog helps the photo have a bit more of a dreamlike quality to it and just the blocking of the photo itself seems out-of-place enough to lend credibility to this being a photo of a dream.
I LOVE that the license plate on the car reads TOP MDL. I'm a sucker for little details like that.

Lana: LOVE the photo so much. I think there's a story behind the photo. Lot of stories actually!!! Love the styling. I think you connect well with the camera. You can do better with your body language and pose but overall, this is amazing!!
